Turon In Cinnamon
Ingredients
Saging na saba (Cardaba Banana), cut lengthwise
Lumpia wrapper
Cinnamon powder and sugar (combine both in equal amount)
Langka
Cooking oil
Procedure
1. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
2. Coat saba in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place it in the lumpia wrapper. Put langka on top and again coat saba with cinnamon-sugar mixture and put on top of langka.
3. Roll the lumpia wrapper half-way. Fold both sides in toward the center and then roll it.
4. Fry the turon-cinnamon until golden brown.
