Egg - 3 pieces (medium)
Salt - ½ tsp
Sugar - 250 g
Vegetable oil - 200 ml
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Milk - 150 ml
All-purpose flour - 370 g + 1 tbsp for berries
Baking powder - 8 g (2 tsp)
Cranberries - 150 g (frozen)
Oven - 170 C / 340 F
