Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground mince
2 eggs
2 medium sized onions
2 inch piece ginger
1 full bud garlic (15 cloves)
3 long green chilies or 8-9 hot green chillies
1 cup green coriander finely chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
4 tbsp heap break crumbs (if you don’t have bread crumbs use 3 bread slices)
Blend onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies and make paste. Then add to the ground meat and mix.
For sauce:
We are going to make Sriracha burger sauce
8 tbsp mayonnaise
1 small dill pickle finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp mustard paste
1 1/2 tbsp sriracha sauce
Mix all ingredients together.
For burger:
Buns
Onion rings
Lettuce
Cheese slices
