Here I am presenting the healthier version of this recipe ,it has wonder grain -Raagi (gluten free) & superfood - Beetroot which we usually ignore in our diet . These beautiful paneer stuffed flat breads are crispy from outside & beautiful from inside and definitely delicious in taste . Ingredients: FOR DOUGH : Whole wheat flour -1.5 Cup Raagi Flour - 1/2 Cup Salt -1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1tsp (or 1/2 tsp Mango powder) Olive oil - 1 Tbsp (or oil /ghee) Beetroot Puree - 1 cup (for kneading dough) water -only if required *** you can add 1/2 tsp carom seeds also (I have skipped) Tip - you can also replace 1/2 cup whole wheat flour with 1/2 of oats flour and more veggies like broccoli , mushroom ,peas & beans . Trick to make parathas quick - prep work of kneading dough & making stuffing can be done ahead of time . Personally I do it after dinner than keep in the fridge overnight , make parathas in the morning and serve in a jiffy 😊.
