Ingredients:
Rajma - 1/2 cup (soaked overnight and cooked with salt)
For Masala:
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Clove - 1
Cardamom - 1
Onion - 1 medium
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Ginger - 2 inch piece
Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Chilly Powder - 3/4 tsp
Water - 100ml
salt - 1/4 tsp
For Gravy:
Oil - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 sliced
Ground masala
Water as required
Salt if needed
