But 50 dollars for protein powder is a id="hidden4" class="buttons"> small bit absurd I know their may be some ingredients that may be hard to get but hopefully it gets easier and can be mass produced because I think it would be very helpful for people who are athletes and body builders or just a guy who regularly goes to the gym. ....وسعت1

The shake includes: unflavored whey protein isolate (only two ingredients), milk, high protein yogurt, and frozen berries. The macros come out to around 300 calories, 40 grams of protein, 15 grams of carbs, and 4 grams of fat. Is this a good thing to be making in the morning? ....وسعت1
