    @icedilli25منذ 11 سنوات When you add those biryani power to the fried onions doesn't the biryani power get burn in those oil? the way I do is I mix the biryani power in little id="hidden5" class="buttons"> hot water then when I pour the rice in the pan I add those mixed biryani water in. ....وسعت

    @atulthombre9476منذ 11 سنوات Hi, It can surely be done without saffron.completely. Alternatively, you can use food colour(saffron), in warm water and then sprinkle over the rice. Hope this answers. Thanks.

    @atulthombre9476منذ 11 سنوات Hi, please use skillet at the bottom. On it put the biryani pot. First cook on medium gas for 5-7 min. then, on low flame for rest of the 22 min. It will not burn at bottom. Hope this answers. Thanks.
