The holidays are coming quickly upon us and thanksgiving wouldn't be a feast without a pie or two or three. This sweet potato pie tastes just like the pumpkin pie you know and love and it doesn't come out of a can.
Recipe:
2 Cups Mashed Sweet Potato
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs (separated)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1 9" Pie Crust
