परम पूज्य स्वामी रामदेव जी महाराज ने इस विडियो में ब्लड प्रेशर के बारे में बताया है जिन लोगो को ब्लड प्रेशर की शिकायत है उन लोगो को नमक की मात्र कम लेनी चाहिये और पानी की मात्र को ज्यादा लेनी चाहिये रोजाना 4 से 5 ग्लास पानी पिने से बी पी कभी नहीं होगा खाना खाने के 1 घंटे बाद हमें पानी पीना चाहिये खाना खाने से पहले या खाने के तुरंत पानी का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिये और हमेशा पानी की मात्र को बढ़ाये रखना चाहिये लौकी का जूस पिने से कभी भी बी पी नहीं होगी मोटापा thyroid ,cholesterol, hemoglobin ,अल्सर , दिल रोग , इन सभी बीमारियों से छुटकारा मिल जायेगा और लौकी की जूस सुबह - शाम पिने से ये बीमारी नहीं होती है ये सब घरेलू उपचार है हमें रोज प्रणायाम करना चाहिये इससे बी पी में सुधार होने लगता है ध्यान मुद्रा में बैठकर हाथो की 4 थी ऊँगली को दबाने से इससे बी पी ठीक होता है ये ऊँगली तनाव इत्यादि को दूर करता हैं भगवान ने सारे उपचार हमारे हाथो में दिए है इस लिए हमें रोजाना योग करना चाहिये This video effectively addresses problems arising out of high blood pressure.     @thenoob7573منذ 4 سنوات i was 24 my bp always remains high like 160/90 i was so tense i have made my mind to take medication but when i went to doc the doc suggests me to control id="hidden9" class="buttons"> my diet and do physical activities he told me not to take medication in such a young age.. now my bp is normal and even my cardio is fantastic i can do jogging and play football for hours this is what i have done i hope it would help someone esle ❤
    Do yoga
    avoid oils and red meats
    Say goodbye to salts and sugar completely at first you will feel like worst but life goes on
    you can take salt once your bp is normal but limit it but don't take sugar instead take natural sugar from fruits
    Play badminton or football for like hours specially badminton it helps in both cardio and burn fats
    Eat alot of salad like carrots tomatoes
    take oats meal
    Limit diet eat liitle but eat healthy
    And last but not the least do alot of yoga is the key for happy life ❤

I asked him to follow Pranayam and drink loki juice every morning id="hidden10" class="buttons"> and wouldn't believe that within a month I saw changes. Blood pressure even touched 120. Most of the time, it's around 140 but I can see the improvement. I only used to see BP over 200 but now it has come down to 140 avergae. ....وسعت 170

    It's usually the consequence of underlying problems , such as stress, lack of sleep, id="hidden18" class="buttons"> lack of potassium and magnesium in your diet. Prolonged glucose level also results in blood pressure.
    Exercise, yoga , pranayama and meditation takes care of stress , lack of sleep and also your nervous response. ..
    So, follow a healthy diet ,
    1. include potassium and magnesium rich foods (many fruits and greens)
    2. Mediate twice a day for 20 minutes
    3. Do your yoga ( prolonged stretches can stimulate stem cells to produce tissues that are more elastic , thus lowering BP)
    4. Do breathing techniques , bhastrika and aloma-viloma are great. Also do this, stretch your toungue out like a dog and breath through the mouth heavily for 21 times, repeat this with tongue rolled up and touching the ceiling.very helpful.
    5, fast every week for 24 hours.
    Sugar will come under control, so will BP.
    I have done this.

    2. Drink water after 45-60 mins of eating

    4. Press the acupressure point on your hand
    5. Do not take pressure
