Take whatever seeds are available in your kitchen a combination of anything is perfect, mix with water and spices and bake! That’s all you need for this healthy Crackers snack recipe for anytime munching. They are high in Fibre, protein and omega 3 fatty acids. Ideal for weight loss specially in winters.
Ingredients to make healthy multi/mixed seeds crackers :-
Flax seeds 50g
Sunflower seeds 50g
Melon seeds 50g
Muskmelon seeds 50g
Pumpkin seeds 50g
Sesame seeds 50g
Chia sees 20g
Maize flour 60g
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder
1.5 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Hot water as required
Method of making healthy multi/mixed seeds Crackers :-
Grind the flax seeds to make a powder. Now in a large bowl add the flax seeds powder
Add all the other seeds, you can slightly chop the pumpkin & sunflower seeds using a knife and a kitchen cloth.
Next is adding the maze flour, salt to taste, all the spices & 1.5 tsp extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything well
Now add hot water to the mixture gradually start with 1/2 a cup & add more slowly
Make a semi thick batter. Let the mixture rest for 30-35 minutes
After 35 minutes spread the batter thinly and evenly on a greased baking tray
Using knife make sections so that it will be easy to remove the Crackers after baking
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180c for 18-20min or until they are slightly brown
Once baked let them Cool completely
Store them in an air tight container for upto 3 weeks
Perfect and healthy snack for anytime munching.
