Ragda Patties is a popular street food of Mumbai. This Recipe uses white peas curry called as Ragda topped over Aloo Patties or Aloo Tikki. These both are then topped with Chutneys, Sev and spices which takes this chaat to another level.
This chaat recipe is very flavorful with tangy ,spicy and sweet flavors, all in one dish.

1/2 cup white peas(soaked overnight)
1.5 cups Water to boil Peas
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp crushed Ginger Garlic
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Ingredients for Patties:
3 medium size Potatoes(boiled & mashed)
1/2 cup soaked Poha
1/8 cup Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Oil for Shallow Fry
Ingredients for Topping
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Coriander Mint Chutney
Tamarind Chutney
Fine Sev
Roasted Cumin Powder
Black Salt
Chaat Masala
