This recipe is the easiest and simplest way of making a very basic bhaja moshla or bhaja masala. It has multi-purpose use in Bengali cuisine.
Ingredients:
Cumin seeds -2 tablespoons
Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons
Dry red chilies whole - about 8 pieces
Bay leaves - 4-5 pieces
