Blend 2 eggs, 1 cup oil and 1 cup of sugar together in mixer grinder. 2. Add the egg sugar mix into a mixing bowl. 3.Add 2 cups of wheat flour followed by 1 tbsp of baking powder, 1/2 tbsp of baking soda, 1/4 tbsp of salt and 1 cup of chopped pineapple. then mix all together. 4. Dust a cake tin and transfer the prepared batter. 7. Bake the batter for 40-45 mins. 8. After baking, let the cake to cool and cut into pieces.
