Pistachio & Date caramel wafers 🍯
Healthy & easy snack!
You’ll need:
- rice wafers;
- a handful of chopped pistachios
- a handful of dates
- some coconut milk or milk of choice
- no sugar chocolate (melted)
Prepare the “caramel” soak the dates in warm water, do they get softer, delete their pits. Blend the dates with a bit of coconut milk till smooth.
Spread the “caramel layer” on the rice wafer, add some pistachio and cover with melted chocolate. Top with some more pistachio 🤭
Let the chocolate freeze and enjoy!
