@annroberts79352 years agoHowdy neighbor. You mention living in Tennessee and so do I . I am mid south TN, right off I-65. I have been making marshmallows for several years. I have found that allulose works best for me, fluffing up better and will even toast like sugar based marshmallows ...

@juliedavitt13712 years agoI saw this and jumped up to make them. i have been making them with allulose but they stay so sticky that i need to use arrowroot powder to make them manageable. And I will be thrilled if they come out like peeps!!!! I love peeps! ...

Cause I read another method to make mini marshmallows was dust some corn starch on the surface and add the mix into the piping bag. And you can pipe long strips and surprisingly it hardens. Then you can cut into little cubes to enjoy. Can I use this method ? ...
