@corbz2734 years ago But yeah, Carpenter's original Halloween is a well made horror slasher and the scares are simple, but effective. I always make sure to look out my window every time I watch the movie to make sure Myers isn't watching me from across the street. If a movie makes you do that, you know it's done well ... 54

Plus his impact on summer fun and camping has warped so many people, camping as an option was out of the question for a while. Mike only decides to pop up around Halloween. ... 27

@bradysbrain5534 years ago Michael has clear targets and the scary idea of someone in your house was terrifying where Jason if you stayed away from sleepaway camp you might be fine. I also agree that Jason became meta as the franchise aimed to make as much money as possible but in the end, both became meta with the stupid upgrades and push for more and more movies.
This is my two cents and you might disagree and if you do, tell me I'm open to changing my mind. ... 16

@maexpert113 years ago One thing I always liked about Michael is that he lived through everything he isn't a reanimated zombie or a dream demon, not only is the guy that could be in any neighborhood but he is a survivor on top of that, most other movie horrors die multiple times. But on another note I would like to see Michael face off with John Wick, the Boogeyman vs the guy you call to kill the Boogeyman ... 33

As for a physical altercation, Michael is dead. Size unfortunately matters here. ... 16

@ItsMenji4 years ago Team Michael Myers all day everyday , Michael movies started way before Friday the 13th so Michael has more killing experience than him Jason is a brain dead zombie so Michael would use stealth to beat him, when Jason fought Freddy , Freddy showed us his weakness “water” meanwhile Michael Myers is pure evil and is known as the boogeyman who has no fear besides emotions over trying to kill/care for his niece and sister so I don’t know how Freddy could get in Myers head so overall Myers would slaughter Jason by simply outsmarting him ... 21

@TheAmazingAdam3 years ago I loved Jason's look pre Uber in Jason X, he looked most realistic with the human skin and showed his age with the gray hair, alot of people seem to forget that look and that is by far my favorite Jason look. Michael may be the incarnation of Evil itself, but let's not forget he can die if he gets his head cut off. Jason has been blown up before, and managed to revive himself plus has regeneration healing. I'd say Jason would win this fight in the end realistically despite Michael being my favorite slasher. ... 10

The badass way he walks and wields is machete is just enough to let you know what’s gonna happen to any body that gets in his way either in front of him or behind a wall he needs not to hide to catch his prey. ... 8

Always choosing preceding categories that favor one over the other to make things even between them and then wrap it up at the end. I'd like to see at least one of these videos where one of them get completely dominated by the competition. ... 3

Even though the Thorn Cult and the psychiatrist from the 2018 movie were villains in the franchise....it was always Michael that would triumph as the one to be feared the most. And he didn't need Freddy Kreuger or any other collaboration to move his franchise ... 1

Even though Tyson might pack a little more power behind his punch, Ali is smarter and he knows how to keep moving. Michael is Ali in this situation. Michael paved the way for many of the iconic villains in movies but Michael is like how Michael Jackson is the King of Pop, Michael Myers is the King of Horror. Pure Evil Never Dies. But I really prefer Michael because he’s purely just an insane, emotionless, merciless killer. Named evil itself I think it’s badass. And he in my opinion is so much scarier. While they both have masks, Michael’s mask is actually a blank face with facial features though which just adds to the eeriness of having absolutely no expression when killing people. now I can’t even tell if Michael is human or not cause he becomes stronger the more he kills and he survives ridiculous situations that no normal person would. Take away any supernatural qualities Jason has and put him against Michael I think Michael wins. ... 16

@rhysblackley16553 years ago What’s upsetting is that most people when they think about smth like “Jason vs. Michael” they think of the non-canon Freddy vs. Jason movie for comparison. This is upsetting because Jason doesn’t actually have any fears, therefore the writers had to nerf Jason for it to be a somewhat even fight. They had to nerf Jason because if they didn’t, Jason would’ve absolutely curb stomped Freddy so badly it wouldn’t be funny but funny at the same time ... 1
