We visited Osaka, Tokyo, and then got a job working in the mountains. Here we were able to enjoy our first Japanese Onsen in a traditional Ryokan This was our first work away experience and felt lucky to get on in a Japanese inn. Staying in a Ryokan and using a Japanese Onsen is a must-do in Japan and we can't recommend it enough. Here you can also see the Snow Monkeys that bathe in the hot spring. The food in Japan is out of this world, the people are friendly and the culture is intact. It really is one of the best places in the world to visit.
