RECIPE:
Ingredients:
mangoes 5-6
oil
hing
mustard & jeera
methi seeds
curry leaves
turmeric powder
salt
jaggary
redchilli powder
mustard powder
Procedure:
add 2-3 tsp of oil , 1tsp hing , mustard & jeera & methi seeds. add some curry leaves. take a big spoon add 1/2 spoon turmeric, fry till golden brown.let cool. take big spoon add 2 spoons mustard powder,& chilli powder & 1 spoon salt. 1 cup jaggary & mix well. add chopped mangoes & mix well in air tight glass container. lasts till 1-2 months.
NOTE: keep away from moisture & do not add water salt & jaggary melts after 2-3 days.
